Whether it&#8217;s a notification that requires immediate attention, or worries about bills or living expenses, most people experience stress every day.<\/p>\n<p>The important thing is to develop ways to manage stress so that it doesn&#8217;t become a problem. Bring your big toes together and spread your knees apart.<\/li>\n<li>Sit with your hips back toward your heels and slowly move your hands forward.<\/li>\n<li>Place your forehead on the floor, block, or pillow.<\/li>\n<li>Soften your chest toward the floor and stretch it out slightly while breathing deeply.<\/li>\n<li>Hold the pose for at least five slow, deep breaths through your nose, or more.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 class=\"article-body__section\" id=\"section-2-legs-up-the-wall-viparita-karani\"><span>2. Standing forward bend (Uttanasana) <\/span><\/h2>\n<p id=\"elk-e497a6a1-58d4-49ae-906f-a73ed9837176\"><strong>Owned by: <\/strong>5 breaths<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Forward bends ground you and release tension in your back and neck,&#8221; says Arroyo.<\/p>\n<p><strong>manner:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul id=\"elk-2d3a5b98-b2ba-4b4c-b847-4519260cf8e0\">\n<li>Stand upright with your hands at your sides.<\/li>\n<li>Inhale and swing your arms over your head.<\/li>\n<li>As you exhale, lean forward from your hips, lower your upper body over your legs, and extend your arms toward your feet.<\/li>\n<li>Support your back by slightly bending your knees.<\/li>\n<li>Hold the pose for five slow breaths.<\/li>\n<li>Reverse the movement and slowly return to an upright position.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p id=\"elk-c80cc46f-218d-4cab-97dd-fb2b7f026113\"><strong>Trainer tips:<\/strong> &#8220;With each breath, deepen and soften the pose to release tension without adding
